# Wope > Wope is a fractional AI engineering subscription from Snakescript Solutions LLP. A business gets one named senior AI engineer for a fixed share of their week, working inside the client's own systems: Starter is $1,200 a month for 40 hours, Core is $2,100 a month for 80 hours, Dedicated is $3,600 a month for a full-time 160 hours. Larger plans cost less per hour. If the client already knows what they want built, week one is a build plan and the first commit. If they do not, week one is an "opportunity map": every workflow scored on what it costs today and what it would take to fix, with a ranked shortlist and a list of what is not worth building. The same engineer then builds the top item. No contract; cancel in one click; full IP transfer; full refund inside the first week. ## Key facts - Pricing: Starter $1,200 USD per month (40 hours); Core $2,100 per month (80 hours, 12% less per hour than Starter); Dedicated $3,600 per month (160 hours, full-time, 25% less per hour). Hours are visible to the client all month and flagged at 80%; a second named engineer is added if Core is not enough. No hour packages or discovery fees. - Who does the work: a senior AI engineer leads each engagement, runs the client calls and is accountable for what ships.
